AMCC All-Conference Team Honorable Mention

Congratulations to senior Baron basketball player, Matt Liedel, given Honorable Mention in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference All-Conference Team.

Leidel wrapped up his final season averaging 7.9 rebounds and 15.5 points per game, a free throw percentage of 75%, and a field goal percentage of 44.3%.

Holding the second place record in points for the Barons since the team entered the DIII conference, Leidel contributed 669 points during the 2007-08 and 2009-10 seasons. He also holds the number one spot for field goals made with 271 points, and second place for three-point field goals made with 68 points.

The Franciscan University Athletic Department wishes Matt the best of luck in his future plans. Congratulations Matt!
