AMCC Newcomer of the Year

The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference has given a special award to the Franciscan University Women's Cross Country Team. Freshman Katherine Manion has been given the title of Newcomer of the Year for 2009.

Manion was given this honor after she came in 6th of 81 runners at the AMCC Championship.
