AMCC All-Conference Team Honorable Mention

Congratulations to senior Lady Baron basketball player, Cara Mitchell, given Honorable Mention in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference All-Conference Team.

Mitchell averaged 12.5 points per game for the 2009-10 season and registered a total of 312 points, 35 assists and 51 blocks for her final season.

Leaving an indelible mark on the history books, Mitchell holds the first place spot for several Lady Baron records since the team entered the DIII conference.  She played for only three seasons, 2007-2010, but tallied 599 points, 193 field goals, 79 three-point field goals, 134 free throws, and holds an overall scoring average of 10.5.

The Franciscan University Athletic Department wishes Cara the best of luck in her future plans. Congratulations Cara!
