BRADFORD, PA - The Barons soccer team of Franciscan University of Steubenville traveled to Pitt-Bradford on Saturday afternoon, winning 4-1. With the victory, Barons improved to 7-4 (5-1) and remained tied for first place in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference.

Several Barons found the net in the victory. Sean Bartnick had the Barons' opening goal of the game, while Christian Bobak got the second. Zeph Swope also scored for the Barons, and Steve Duran added the final goal to make it 4-1.

"It was an impressive effort all-around today," Barons assistant coach Tommy Lahey remarked in a post-game interview. "The guys came out intending to make a statement that we are one of the top teams in the [AMCC] conference, and we did that today. It was a hard-fought win out there today."
