DANBURY, Conn. - For the second time in as many days, senior forward Leo Herrmann has earned a weekly accolade, this time coming from the Easter College Athletic Association. Herrmann was named the ECAC South Offensive Player of the Week, Tuesday afternoon.
Following an impressive 11-point week, Herrmann was honored by the AMCC on Monday as the Offensive Player of the Week. Herrmann scored four goals and handed out three assists in the Barons 2-1 week. Herrmann scored the game-tying and game-winning goal against Waynesburg while assisting on JP Bobak's first goal of the game. Herrmann went on to score another pair of goals and had two assists in Franciscan's 7-5 win over Muskingum.
The Barons get back into action tonight as Franciscan travels to Westminster (Pa.) for a 7:30 pm game.
