Lady Barons Fall in Final Contest to Pitt-Greensburg
GREENSBURG, PA – The Franciscan University of Steubenville Lady Barons traveled to The University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg for their final contest of the season on Saturday, losing 61-31. With the loss, the Lady Barons finished the season with an overall record of 4-18 and Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference record of 2-16.

FUS Loses at Medaille
BUFFALO, NY – The Franciscan University of Steubenville Lady Barons could not find the win against the Lady Mavs of Medaille College, losing 60-40. Now holding a season record of 4-17 overall and 2-15 in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, the Lady Barons continue to struggle with only one game remaining this season.

STEUBENVILLE, OH - On Monday, the Franciscan University of Steubenville Lady Barons lost their final home game of the season to the Penn State-Beaver Lady Lions, 60-41. The Lady Barons are now 4-16 overall for the season.

Lady Barons Fall to Penn State Behrend
STEUBENVILLE, OH - The Lady Barons of Franciscan University of Steubenville tipped off against Penn State-Behrend on Saturday in a 57-41 loss. Even with star rebounder Angelle Cupit absent from the game and playing in the shadow of the Lions’ 65-29 rout of them earlier in the season, the Lady Barons were still able to make the game a close contest.

PITTSBURGH, PA – The Franciscan University of Steubenville Lady Barons lost 58-39 at La Roche College on Saturday. The Lady Barons were down 8-0 in the opening minutes, and never managed to recover. The Lady Barons continue to struggle as their overall record falls to 4-13 and Alleghany Mountain Collegiate Conference record to 2-12.

STEUBENVILLE – The Franciscan University of Steubenville Lady Barons lost 62-48 on the road Wednesday night to the Frostburg State Bobcats. The Lady Barons Head Coach Kelly Herrmann was absent for the game due to illness, but the Lady Barons still made a good showing in the contest.

Lady Barons Get Second Conference Win
STEUBENVILLE, OH – The Franciscan University Lady Barons defeated Hilbert College in a decisive 50-19 victory on Saturday afternoon. They got off to a fast start, building a solid 12-2 advantage in the beginning of the first half which they never relinquished. This win brings the Lady Barons season record to 4-10 (2-9), inching them up one spot (7th place) over Mount Aloysius College in the AMCC.

This also marks the 6th consecutive game Franciscan has shot below 35 percent, now averaging 32.6 percent for the season. The Lady Barons are being outshot on average 57.5 to 41 points.
