STEUBENVILLE, OH- On November 10th, the Lady Barons entered the pool against Hiram while also celebrating their graduating seniors.
McNulty took first in the 200-yard butterfly (2:19.33) as well as the 200-yard IM (2:25.86). With McNulty in the 200-yard IM was Cunningham, who came in second with a time of 2:30.74. Cunningham also took second in the 200-yard breaststroke.
Allsteadt finished first in the 500-yard freestyle (6:26.98) with Abby Commarford taking second (6:54.29). Allsteadt took second in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 22:06.74. Commarford clinched first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:32.83 with Maya Staton taking second with a time of 2:45.20. Staton also took second in the 200-yard backstroke.
Bey clinched first for the 50-yard freestyle (28.72) and 100-yard freestyle (1:05.48). In the 50-yard freestyle Bey was followed by teammates Rachael June and Marguerite Stonier who took fifth (37.82) and sixth (42.51) respectively. Stonier also took third in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:33.67.
Sarah Tohill scored a 146.03 in the first round of 1-meter diving and later scored 167.70 in the second round.
To wrap up the meet, the Lady Barons came in second in the 400-yard freestyle relay with Commarford, June, Stonier, and Staton clocking in with a time of 5:24.98.
Overall the Lady Barons won with a score of 115-55 over Hiram. They will return to the pool on Saturday, December 2nd against Ursuline at 2 pm.
