Coach Rebecca Recznik will be heading up the day-to-day operation of the diving program and serve as female mentor to the swimming and diving teams.
Coach Recznik graduated from Seton Home Study School in 2006 in Midland, Mich. where she was one of the founding members of the Pearls Synchronized Swim Team.
During her career, Recznik competed at both the regional and state level of competition, qualifying her senior year for a shot at the national championship.
Recznik graduated from Franciscan University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing with a theology minor. Before joining the swimming and diving staff, she previously served at the University as both a student resident assistant and bookstore receiving clerk.
She and her husband currently live in Wintersville, Ohio.
Cody Miller

Coach Cody Miller serves the swimming and diving program as the strength and conditioning coach as well as assisting in athlete management and meet operations.
Coach Miller is a graduate of Oak Glen High School where he was a three-sport athlete. Miller distinguished himself as on one of the top wrestlers in Oak Glen’s accomplished wrestling program, placing all four years at the OVAC tournament, wrestling his way to a state championship his senior year, earning Wrestling USA All-American honorable mention, and shares the all-time individual record at Oak Glen with 147 career wins. Miller was also a state qualifier in cross country and track.
Coach Miller swam competitively from the ages of five to fifteen at both the community level and in USA swimming.
After graduation Miller entered West Virginia University where is currently a senior majoring in exercise physiology with an emphasis in aquatic therapy. He has completed strength and conditioning internships at Robert Morris University, West Virginia University, and the University of Missouri in hopes of continuing in the strength and conditioning field after graduation.
Coach Miller has served as an assistant wrestling coach at Oak Glen High School as well as strength and conditioning coach for the volleyball program at Brooke High School in Wellsburg, W.Va.
When not in school or interning abroad, Miller resides in New Cumberland, W.Va.
Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller has been involved in competitive swimming since the age of 13, swimming, coaching and instructing at the community, USA, high school, and collegiate levels.
In his junior year at Oak Glen High School, Coach Miller worked to create and organize the school’s first swim team, lettered on that team and was its first captain.
During his college years, Coach Miller returned to the Millsop Marlins as head coach, and also was an assistant coach for the Thompson Park Dolphins, a community swim team in East Liverpool, Ohio.
Coach Miller is a 1997 graduate of Oak Glen High School in New Cumberland, W.Va. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass media, with a concentration in public relations and journalism and a minor in business administration, from Mount Union University.
Currently, Coach Miller is employed by The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School in Midland, Pa., working in admissions, marketing, and social media.
He lives with his wife, Misty, and two young sons in Hancock County, W.Va.
