Curtis Allen began his coaching career as head coach for the men’s tennis team in 2009.  Starting in the fall of 2010, Allen also became head coach for the women’s tennis team.

Allen, the fourth of eight children, is from Wildomar, California, and a recent graduate of FUS with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management.

Allen comes from a very athletic family, each sibling having played at least two sports in high school, including varsity tennis. Allen, like his older brother, was named team captain of the Baron basketball team after playing three years as an undergraduate.  In high school, Allen was named first team All-Sunbelt league in tennis his junior and senior year. He was named team captain and earned Sunbelt league MVP his senior year.

Allen is very excited about coaching tennis at the collegiate level and looks forward to building a successful tennis program in its first years at FUS.
