Jenna Lynch grew up in Central Wisconsin, playing tennis from a
very young age. Lynch pursued the sport on the varsity level all
four years of high school, playing in the top-seeded position in
singles for three years. During that time she earned the sectionals
championship title two years in a row. Feeling a call to attend
Franciscan University of Steubenville and study social work during
a time when the University did not offer a tennis program, Lynch
decided to continue in the sport through running tennis clinics and
coaching private lessons. She graduated from FUS in 2010 with a
bachelor’s degree in social work with the plan to pursue a
master’s at the University of Pittsburgh. Lynch currently
lives in Steubenville with her husband, James, and their newborn
son Jude.
